Guernsey "Oversolves" its Cat Overpopulation Problem

I guess this could only happen on an island, but cat rescuers, humane societies, and shelters all over the world wish it could happen in their own corners of the universe.
SPCA authorities on the small island of Guernsey (off the coast of France), have done such a remarkable job of promoting spay and neuter, that their feline population has fallen to the extent they're importing cats to meet the demand, according to the BBC NEWS.
