Natural Balance Recalls Venison & Green Pea Dry Cat Foods

Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance Pet Foods has announced the recall of its Venison & Green Pea Dry Cat Foods, and Venison & Brown Rice Dog Foods. The announcement on the company web site states that the recall was the result of consumer complaints of pets vomiting and experiencing kidney problem. This recall is unrelated to the Menu Foods/ contaminated wheat gluten issue, and no other Natural Balance foods have been recalled as of this date.

Natural Balance has notified the FDA.
