Back by popular demand: Although 10 minutes long, this is one of the best videos I've found on how to bathe a cat. The man doing the bathing has prepared the scene with all the supplies he needs. He uses a gently spray to wet down the cat and the double sink allows a second sink to be pre-filled with soapy water. He uses a gentle shampoo designed for cats, and has a thick towel folded on the counter next to the bathing sink.

He has a second set of towels available on the other counter, waiting for the blow-drying. Jangles, the beautiful Himalayan cat, is about as cooperative as a cat can be during the entire process. This presents an excellent argument for accustoming a cat to being bathed at an early age.
