March 2008 Cat of the Month: Maksimilian

Some unknown force drove Nuria Rodriguez into that veterinarian's office on that particular day, and she came home with two young cats, both needing medical care, which they received at her own vet's office. Maks' story touched my heart, and it must have touched many of my readers' hearts too. Almost from the beginning, Maksimilian was in the lead and today he finishes a solid first for March 2008 Cat of the Month, with 50% of the votes.

Congratulations to Nuria. Maksimilian needs no congratulations; he won the "kitty lottery" the day Nuria rescued him.
