Keep Exotic Pets Cool in the Summer

In warmer months it is important to make sure our pets do not get overheated, especially reptiles and other pets that rely on external temperatures to regulate their internal body temperatures.

I know from experience that rabbits need to be kept cool in the summer. Some times even a fan isn’t good enough. Bring them inside with air conditioning. Some times I have even put an iced plastic bottle in the cage if the rabbit is outside so that she could lay next to it.
