Halloween Cats Picture Gallery

Do you and your cat enjoy playing "dress-up" for Halloween? That was the topic of a recent blog poll on About.com Cats. I was not too surprised that 516 readers (49%) voted "No. My cat would rip my face off if I tried."

Although personally I prefer seeing cats in their unadorned beauty, I felt it was unfair to disallow those who enjoyed Halloween cat dress-up their "15 minutes of fame." So I issued a call for photos of Halloween cats, by following my Photo Submittal Guidelines. This small gallery start represents those intrepid humans and their brave cats who responded. I'll continue to accept Halloween Cat Photos for a few more weeks, then will save the rest for next year. Pictured is Tiny E in his shiny yellow slicker and hat. Isn't he darling?
