Cat Picture of the Week: Molly
Molly is a two-year-old tortie that I've had since her birth. She loves to get under the covers whenever she can. I came in one night to find her like this! Her mother was a stray kitten when I adopted her and she had a "surprise" litter soon after I took her in. I thought she was done with her litter so I left her to bond with her three new babies. When I came back in a half an hour later, Molly was there, another surprise! Her poor mother was so exhausted that she didn't have the strength the finish the delivery so I had to help her with that. But Molly's little triangle on her face is so adorable that I took one look at her and knew that she was staying with us, no matter what!

Much like Jennifer, I took one look at Molly's sweet face and after reading her story, knew that she deserved to be Cat of the Week. These special cats are chosen from general photo submittals. Molly's picture was submitted to the 2008 Tortoiseshell Cats Picture Gallery, and Jennifer followed the Photo Submittal Guidelines.
