Cats generally enjoy holidays, and Christmas and the other Winter holidays are no exception. Enjoy this picture gallery of cats lounging by the Christmas tree, sometimes dressed in Christmas finery. Empress Raleigh, pictured here, seems graciously resigned to wearing her vivid Christmas collar.

I'd like to start a new gallery for 2008. Your own winter holiday photos are welcome here, including Hanukkah and Ramadan pictures. The only rule is "No Photoshopped cat photos." My readers want to see cats in their own natural holiday beauty. And please observe the Photo Submittal Guidelines when sending your photos to me.

I apologize if I misspelled it, but if you’ll look at the post you commented to, I said, “I’d like to start a new gallery for 2008. Your own winter holiday photos are welcome here, including Hanukkah and Ramadan pictures.”
So far, in the existing gallery, I’ve only had one Hanukkah photo submitted and no Ramadahn photos. Feel free to send one, but be sure to follow the Photo Submittal Guidelines
