Lovely white girl Samantha is now 1 1/2 years old, and was but a wee kitten when she was adopted at a shelter. It was a case of "accidental adoption," as Sara and her husband had only intended to adopt an older cat the day they visited the shelter. Samantha is an odd-eyed white cat; i.e., she has one topaz eye and one blue eye. Aside from its stunning beauty, the golden eye most likely keeps her from being deaf in the ear on that side.
