Cats Picture of the Week: Blackberry

"Blackberry." We adopted this little male kitten only yesterday from the SPCA. He's only 10 weeks old. As he was exploring the house , he discovered a dusty corner under a table. He came out covered in Cobwebs!! He looked like a perfect Halloween kitty. He even scared our big Bernese Mountain dog.

Cats Pictures of the Week are selected from general photo submittals. Blackberry's photo was submitted for the October Black Cats gallery, and is included in the Black Cats Gallery 2, new for 2007. This photo really tickled my funnybone, and it seemed purrfect for a Cat of the Week honor during Halloween - Black Cat month. If Blackberry ever grows into those feet and ears, he's sure to be a big boy!
