Guide Review - Nutro Natural Choice Complete Care
Nutro Products have been highly recommended by members of the About Cats forum, and when I was searching for a premium product to replace the dry food my cat has been eating for several years, I was fortunate to find Nutro Max Cat Lite in our local hardware store, of all places. Bubba readily took to this new taste, and we've noticed a decided reduction in his vomiting, as has occurred with previous foods. The Nutro Natural Choice is recommended for cats aged 1 to 6 years, and is a slightly different formula, but it seems to be in the same level, as far as digestibility and quality (the protein source is chicken meal). Nutro claims its foods are made from "human-grade" ingredients, although that designation has no legal definition from either the FDA or AAFCO. The highly respected Whole Cat Journal listed Nutro's Natural Choice and Nutra MaxCat among its top recommendations. I'd agree with that assessment.
