About Cats Email Classes

Index of Courses on Cats

By Franny Syufy, About.com

Cat aficionados want to learn everything they can about cats, and email classes provide a wonderful way of accomplishing that. These email classes serve as "reminders" and arrive in your email box either daily or weekly, depending on the nature of the class. Each lesson consists of several parts, to completely cover the topic. Cats email classes are also extremely flexible. You can take as long as you need to complete each lesson - they don't expire - and if you want to, you can skip a lesson or move ahead to another one at any time. There's a special "Lost Lessons" URL at the bottom of each lesson - you can go there and "order" any lesson in the series, and it will be delivered immediately.

Did I mention that they're free? Absolutely!

There are presently eight classes available, with others in the works, so bookmark this page.

I'll also look at suggestions from readers on topics for future classes. In fact, there's a form for graduates to fill out for exactly that purpose. Here are just a few comments from former students:

  • The topic was an eye opener & forced me to do additional research. WOW! I am now an expert at a subject I never even knew I needed to learn about. I am very thankful to you for this course. I have come back to this course repeatedly to review and have sent links to several of my friends. THANK YOU!
  • Although I have been a cat owner for many years, I wanted to be sure that I "hadn't missed anything." I found out lots of good info on foods and claws!
    Thanks, Franny!
  • It covered a lot of the basic information and was very informative for a first time cat owner. The content was just right and delivery was great.
