Correct!

The nictating membrane, or third eyelid lies in the inner corner of the eye and is sometimes seen partially covering the eye as the cat goes to sleep. The presence of the nictating membrane combined with lethargy, fever, or other symptoms, is a serious sign that your kitty is sick, and should be seen immediately by your veterinarian.
