Ella
"I adopted Ella in November from a shelter six years ago. She was a little stray cat, about six weeks old, that someone found out in the cold. While I was driving her home from the shelter, she was crying and meowing and jumping around in her cardboard transport box. I didn't know what to do, so I kept switching from one radio station to the other hoping to find something to entertain her. A song came over the radio; it was Ella Fitzgerald singing. My new kitten instantly calmed down because of the music, and that's why I named her Ella."
