"Paige is a doll-faced Persian with a very soft fur coat. (soft as a cotton). Her eyes are very expressive as well. She likes me to groom her everyday. I give her baths twice a week. I actually saved her from a breeder that (is) usually selling her felines to Pet Shops. Most Pet Shops here are not properly treating their for sale pets well. When I brought her home I found out that she has a brown circular patches under her white thick coat ( nape and tail area). I took her to the Vet right a way to figure out what kind of skin disease that was and to give her proper medication as well. The prognosis was: Fungus. Which can be contagious not only to other pets inside the house but also to humans. She was really skinny and tiny when I got her.
To cut the long story short, She's now free from any skin diseases and she already gained a lot of weight, after couple of months of medication . And I'm still giving her daily vitamins (Nutripet) that she really likes to lick."
