Vanity

Vanity is the one I call my natural born kitty. She turned 15 just last week, and we've been together since she was 8 weeks old. We have been through a lot together, and she has been the best friend a cat lady could ask for. Of all my cats, Vanity is definitely the most spoiled. She loves to be close to me and is on me as much as possible. She loves to cuddle in my lap and gives me little kitty kisses on my cheek to wake me up each morning.

True to her name, Vanity knows she is beautiful and loves to be brushed and adored by anyone, anytime. In fact, she gets jealous when she is not the center of attention. Luckily, she doesn't have to worry about that too often.

Cats Pictures of the Week are selected from general photo submittals. Vanity's photo was chosen from a picture submitted for the Black Cats gallery. I love the way at 15 her eyes are still bright and interested in her surroundings. She is obviously a much-loved and well cared for kitty.
