"After my son, Christopher, was killed in 1995, I went to visit my step-son, Ralphie, and he had this kitten. As I walked into his home, the kitten jumped in my arms and I giggled. My husband said, 'If I'd would have known that a kitten would make you laugh again I would have gotten one sooner.'
It had been a year since the death of my son and I did not giggle much anymore. When this kitten, now Tabbie, did that I laughed. This cat I have had 10 years now and he still makes me giggle. He was an answer to a prayer at that time. He is always close to me; he wakes me up for my pills every morning and lets me know when he needs something. He has totally been a joy. Every person should find a pet like this cat.".
