What kind of cat guy are you? You've taken the quiz and the results are in: You only pretend to love cats, but you just aren't comfortable around them.

You've always considered a big dog more fitting to your style, or maybe as a child you were frightened by a cat. Perhaps you are allergic to cats, but for whatever reason, you'd not presently consider choosing a cat as a pet for your own home.

If you're already married to, or considering tying the knot with a crazy cat lady, heaven help you both, because your relationship is a minefield of potential conflicts. My friend, you need help, but the picture is not totally bleak, especially with the motivation of building a stronger relationship with your SO. You care enough for her to tolerate her cats, so start with some baby steps, by sitting quietly on her sofa with a cat at your side, and see what happens. You can move forward with your man - cat relationship at a pace that fits your comfort zone.

Ladies, if you took this quiz for a man in your life, do not despair, because chances are he can be turned around into a legitimate cat lover. I'd offer the same advice I offered to the Closet Cat Lover, with the caveat of don't rush things. Give your guy room to get more used to the cats in your life. Don't pressure him, but let them interact together at their own pace, and watch for what develops. Cats have a way of turning even the most disinterested men into cat lovers.
