As the boys have matured, they seem to have become more independent from each other. They still play together, but more often than not, they find their own place to sleep.

This wicker shelf stands in my office and is loaded with quilting fabrics. Joey adopted the bottom shelf as his own "bedroom," and still enjoys his snoozes there.

Here they're playing "hide and seek" in a wicker hat. Well, Joey's hiding, but Jaspurr is eating the hat.

The introduction to a Christmas Tree was quite an event for the J-Boys. I half-expected Joey to climb it, but he was content to sniff the branches. They were 10 months old at Christmas time, and both weighed almost as much as Bubba.

I hope you've enjoyed this little birthday celebration. I'll add more photos of their actual birthday party a bit later, so please come back and visit again. And, of course, you'll be seeing much more of Jaspurr and Joey in the months and years to come.
Happy Birthday, big boys!
