Cats 101
Navigating The Cats Site
If you've bookmarked the site, you probably have something like: Cats- . This will land you on the main "Welcome" page, so let's go there and take a look.
The column on the left side of the "Welcome Page", "NetLinks" (fig. 1) is organized alphabetically by topic, and is exactly what the name implies. Here you will find in-depth resources from elsewhere on the "Net", from personal cat pages to technical medical treatises on feline ailments. Clicking on "Care and Feeding", for instance, will bring you to a list of links to pages covering cat food and supplements, pet vaccinations, travelling with your cat, and other day-to-day topics about the care and feeding of your kitty. This "NetLinks" section is just part of the entire Net Links Resource page. You'll see "more links" at the bottom of the list, which will direct you to the entire resource area of Net Links.
If you look at the "Content" area of the top Index of the "Welcome" page, (fig. 2) you'll notice another link to
"NetLinks", so no matter where you happen to be on the site, you can easily find that resource section. Sharing the area with the "Content" section is "Talk About" (Links to Chat, the Cats Forum, Events Calendar, a tool to e-mail the site URL to a friend, and a signup for my Newsletter, "Feline Fine".) The Index section also includes links to several shopping areas, and you'll find an identical Index on every internal page on the site, for ease of navigation.

Continuing on the "Welcome" page, directly underneath the Net Links section is the "Community Section" (fig. 3), where you will find an e-mail and FAQ link; another link to the Cats Chat Room, and one for subscribing to my bi-weekly newsletter, Feline Fine . Incidentally, the chat room is open 24/7, so drop in anytime.
