The Cause:
Education: Kitty Farms & Puppy Mills

Despite years of attempts at education, both by animal welfare advocates and responsible breeders, kitty farms and puppy mills still flourish, aided by the sale of their mass-produced kittens and puppies by pet stores.

The animal lovers at IMOM.org believe that the exposure of these practices would make fitting material for television and radio talk shows, and that the resultant publicity would increase awareness of the inherant cruelty of the practice of indiscriminate breeding for profit.

To this end, they have prepared a petition to be presented to various talk show hosts requesting cooperation in airing the issue.
