Missy is ALMOST a full breed "Maine Coon." I got her when she was about three months old and she is now going on 4 years. She weighs 15 pounds and is about 29 inches long, with long beautiful fur. She knows she is beautiful because when a camera is pointed at her or even if it isn't, she poses and wants her picture taken.
Missy is an indoor cat, and unlike any cat I have had before never tries to get out when the door is open. She also understands many words. When told NO she stops what ever it is she is into, or doing.
One of her favorite thing to do is to lay on the floor at my husbands sock feet and lay ner head on his foot. Another one is to play hide and seek, or to be chased and then she turns around and chases us. She won't let us hold her and she won't lie on our lap. But wants to be with us at all times and she follows us room to room.
I cant imagine our life without her.
I enjoy reading stories about the enjoyment cat people get out of their cats. It is readily apparent from everything Linda has written, that her days are filled with pleasure because of Missy. And you know what? I bet Missy's days are packed with pleasure too.
