Tortie Cat Tinkerbelle & her Pet Dog Bandit
Tinkerbell is a tortoiseshell cat. When the kittens were born, "Uncle" Buddy (Australian Shepherd/Australian Blue Heeler, born deaf) was so facinated with the babies that I promised him his own pet. Tinkerbell is the boss of the pair, though. She has to get up on a chair to play with him--bats his nose, wrestles with his head--he shoves her around with his nose and pretends to chase her once in awhile--not as often as she'd like, though. It's all in fun, then they settle down for a nap together.
