Chadwick's Campaign Speech:
Chadwick is being fostered right now. He was adopted as a kitten and came from a barn. He was an adorable ball of fur. It was apparent as he became older that he wasn't "all there." In spite of that, he is the sweetest cat ever! Whenever he has to eat, he has to have another cat eat with him! He will rub up against them and meow until they follow him to the food dish. Too cute!
