I can fully agree with the restorative powers of cats when one has suffered a personal loss such as Rostislav's.

Tuxedo Cat Masha
Masha is 17 years old, and 10 of them were happily spent in the Arctic Siberia, in the small timber-exporting seaport of Igarka. Then we returned to my native city of St.Petersburg and now are helping each other to come over the grief of my dear wife's departure this January. I don't know about myself, but Masha is surely a great helper.
