Black Cat Subie
Subie is my four year old baby black panther. On July 31, 2007 he became a tripod kitty. He was diagnosed with osterosarcoma and had his left front leg and shoulder amputated. This picture was taken two weeks post amputation. The day after he had his stitches removed. The vet's office put the cute kerchief on him. At two months post amputation, he is a happy, healthy, playful kitty again. I love to watch him run through the house, chase bugs and wrestle with his brother. I hesitated (to put it mildly) at first to do the amputation but now I am so glad I did.
