My kitty's name is Emma. She is a 2 year old lovable black kitty. She is a great pet. My husband and I call her the grandbaby because she used to be my daughter's kitty. My daughter was not supposed to have cats in her apartment and she got caught with Emma so she asked us to kitty sit for a year and the rest is history. After 2 weeks I told my daughter she would have to get her own kitty that we were keeping Emma. (She already knew that as soon as she dropped her off).
She is a little spoiled she wakes us up every 2 to 4 hours because she is hungry and prefers to eat out of our hand rather than her bowl. If I don't get up after she kisses me, climbs on me and meows really loud she wakes up Grandpa to wake me to feed her. If that all fails she stands up on her back paws and slams my bedroom door to wake me up. It is actually very funny and I have it on video. It is hard to see because she is black and the door is dark brown, so I put a white poster board on the door and am still trying to get a better video.
She is the best pet we have ever had and we love her as if she were a "grandchild."
