Black Cats Picture Gallery: Pepper

Pepper has been with us almost 2 years. She is about 4-5 years old. Poor Pepper's owner died and she did not do well at the shelter. She had been there since May when we adopted her in late September. Pepper was so depressed that she wouldn't even raise her head when someone went to her cage to talk to her or take her out.

Boy, has she come out of her shell! She is still a bit cautious about new things, but Pepper is our little clown. She is very acrobatic and loves to play with the wand toys. She has claimed the cat tree as her own and can usually be found perched on the highest level watching everything below. As an added bonus, she helps us in the office by shredding any paper that she finds laying on the desk. She is very handy and a joy to have around!
