Comet is a full brother to Zephyr and was born on October 18, 2004. He is full of energy and is now larger than his sister, Zephyr. Comet instigates the daily chase games - upstairs and downstairs, day and night - 10AM or 3AM. He is a sweet, loving boy who loves to sleep under the covers with me. His favorite toys are ring pulls off gallon water jugs. Comet is the dominate type. Even when he was a kitten, he lorded over his sister who was much larger. Sometimes he would not allow her on my bed - it was his territory. Zephyr submits to this male trait, and then plays her head kicking game!
Zephyr and Comet groom each other, sleep with their heads on each other, sit in the "napper" and screened porch together. They are truly best friends now and I always get a smile on my face when I see them together. These two Russian Blues have kept my spirits high and given me reason to rush home after work, and stay home on the weekends.
