Mijo (Japanese Bobtail) takes timeout from his Sunday morning outdoor- world (supervised) exploration to perform his world famous "Lassie" impersonation. His favorite granite boulder provides the perfect elevated safety perch for scoping out his one acre "hood" and keeping track of any encroaching playful members of the clowder. This rocky outcropping has been the center of many strategically planned roughhousing cat battles throughout history because of its rich natural supply of granite spiny lizards and the abundance of three varieties of catnip in the area.
