Cory Williams, SMP Films, tells the heart-warming story behind his tremendously popular YouTube "Mean Kitty Song" video. Essentially, he rescued Sparta aka "Mean Kitty" from going to the shelter. I also was heartened by the fact that he uses nail caps on his kitten in lieu of declawing, a practice I abhor. There are more reasons why these videos appeal to me, not the least of which is that he gave all the credit to the little girl who knocked door-to-door to find her kitten a loving home. Little did she know that she not only succeeded in her quest, but her kitten has almost overnight become famous in the vast neighborhood we call the Internet and more than that, has brought a lot of pleasure to many people. Kudos to Cory Williams for making it happen!
