The Bottom Line
The Drinkwell 360 Pet Fountain is the quietest Drinkwell we've used so far. According to my son, it was the easiest to assemble. Although some might be uncomfortable with the fact that there is no visible water container, the tank in the bottom holds a full quart and is easily refilled.
I'm so impressed with the one I purchased for Jenny, that after two weeks, I've ordered a second one, for our three boys.

Guide Review - Drinkwell 360 Pet Fountain
The Drinkwell 360 Pet Fountain is an attractive, innovative design in automatic water fountains for cats and dogs. Instead of the traditional arrangement of the drinking bowl toward the front, with a clear water container mounted in the back, the Drinkwell 360 is exactly 360 degrees of water bowl, with the fountain part mounted in the middle. The fountain itself resembles a large "crown chess piece."
When all five of the spout rings are mounted around the top of the "crown," five cats can drink all at once. Theoretically, this sounds great, but in order to accommodate five cats, the water fountain would have to be placed far enough from the wall to make room for the cats. Consequently, the cord could be a tripping hazard.
I purchased the Drinkwell 360 for my Jenny, but had my son attach all five of the spout rings, simply for the ambience. Jenny accepted the new fountain with typical cat aplomb - after all, for a cat, water is water, right? However, Joey, who visits Jenny for half an hour several times a day, made a bee-line for the Drinkwell 360 the first time he saw it.
My son, Lance, who assembled the 360 said it was by far the easiest cat fountain he'd ever assembled, and in both of our opinions, so far, it is the best automated cat fountain. Typical male all the way, he assembled it without even looking at the instructions, which were then mysteriously lost. As a result, I'll need to have him show me how to take it apart to clean it and fill the reservoir, then how to reassemble the unit. Because I can't personally attest to the ease of these operations, I am withholding a full 5-star review at this time. However, I'll update it in the near future.
Oh yes. We were both so impressed that I have ordered a second Drinkwell 360 for the boys, to go along with their Drinkwell Platinum. I'll grab that owner manual quick!
