Short Stuff was trapped by my father in law with the un-approachable orange kit. After getting the orange one fixed and placed, we started trying to get along with short stuff. Since he was temporary, we didn't really try to think of any names and when he appeared ill I took him into the vet, who complained that you cannot hear a heartbeat over such loud purring, gave him an antibiotic shot, called him Short Stuff and gave him 12cc sq fluids. The name stuck.
Tammy and I got him believing that people aren't so bad and Sars and her hub with the local group took him in with a bunch his age and found him a home.
