Kari Winters passed away in May of 2009. She will ever be remembered by the hundreds of people whose lives were touched by her as a woman who made a difference. Kari truly made a difference to those people whose lives she touched, but even a bigger difference for the dogs and cats for whom she gave a voice. Kari will be sorely missed.
