Ease of Use
Coco loves it. Raleigh and Calypso are OK with it. I find it much easier to use than some other combs and brushes I've tried.
Effect on Hairballs
Unsure whether it has made a difference in hairballs. Coco was shedding more than usual due to thyroid issues, and also vomiting more, so it wasn't a clear comparison.
My Review
I find that it works very well for my cat with short, very thick hair. I've never found anything that removed the dead hair more effectively. My vet had one and used it on her and I couldn't believe all the hair that came off. I highly recommend it for cats with that type of coat.
It hasn't worked as well on my medium to long haired cats - I prefer a wide tooth detangling comb for long haired cats. I do use it on Calypso sometimes, one of several grooming tools.
