When, Where and How I Got My Tortie
My next door neighbor was moving and his new landlord would not allow pets so I added Punkin to my cat family when she was 6 months old, September of this year.
I'd Describe My Cat As…
Self confident and very active. I'm hoping that my tortie continues to be very active in her adult years to keep slim. She lets the other cats know exactly what she wants and how she feels. I have 5 other cats and Punkin took a quick liking to Bleu - my 6 year old Tuxedo. He is very laid-back and is always there for Punkin when she wants to play with his tail. He is truly like a big brother to her.
Punkin was able to get into the household routine and schedule quickly.
Advice
- Constantly give them attention and love. They seem to be a cat that loves daily routines more so than other cats. It takes awhile for them to adjust to other cats in the household but eventually they will come around.
