Pertinent Background Information
He was a kitten when he showed up on my back patio at 3:00AM after my dogs scared him into hiding in an empty planter box on my picnic table. He had such frightened looking eyes I felt sorry for him.
Your Cat's Basic Personality
He is playful and very protective of me.
Gifts my Cat Brought Me
He loves fuzzy things like balls and his stuffed animals. He also loves a knitted ski hat with faux fur and a Christmas stocking. Usually I find these things in bed with me after I hear him crying in the hallway.
What is Your Usual Reaction to Kitty's Gifts?
I will play tug-a-war with him or fetch until he stops. Usually he brings the toys to bed at night, but I still play if I wake up or feel something fuzzy next to me. He gets extra treats at night since he is up late playing. I try to play with all my cats before bedtime so they know I like the gifts. I would never get upset if they brought me anything dead because I know they are doing what their instincts are telling them. I always try and give them kisses on the top of their heads when they bring me a gift after we are done playing to let them know I had fun too.

- He is trying to get my attention (since I have 3 other cats and they all get jealous if I try and play with only one at a time)
- He is bringing me gifts and I think it is so cute
- He is telling me when he wants to play, it's all on his terms!
- I know when he stops playing with a certain toy its time to try and find a new one at the store
- I really thinks its his way of telling me how much he loves me and wants to share his toys
