Bear, 17, male.
Best Characteristics of my Senior
He loves to sit on my lap, I pet Him plenty. He purrs a lot & He loves to talk.
Challenges of Life With an Older Cat
Biggest challenge, He is often hungry & cries for food. He has been this way since I've known Him. I keep His weight down by giving Him small meals through the day.
When, Where and How I Got My Cat
He was my brother's cat who had him since He was a kitten. He got Bear from the Dumb Friends League. This was in October, 1999, I fell in love & My brother gave him to me. Bear was, (my brother was not sure of his age) about, 5 to 7 years old.
I'd Describe My Cat As…
My older cat acts like a younger cat. He seems to be very healthy, He's a Pixie Bob (tail-less). He has no interest in toys, but, He loves to be in my outside yard. I've caught him running around like a kitten!
Advice
