Quirky Little Habits of my Cat
Smoky loved to jump on my back and play in my long hair.
What my Cat Loved and Hated Most
Smoky loved getting little walks outside, she also liked getting attention from time to time. She hated the boy cats chasing her.
What I'll Miss Most About my Cat
I miss her jumping on my back and her loud purrs.
How this cat became my companion
We adopted Smoky when she was only 6 weeks old. She was a beautiful silver grey kitty with a little stubby tail. She was part manx.
How my cat enriched my life
She was such a sweet cat that loved to play. Even though there was other cats in our home she really tried to get along with them all. She could be found napping in the cat tree most of the time. Smoky held her own with the other cats in the home and if the boy cats got on her nerves she would bop them on the head as her way of saying leave me alone. Smoky was special; she was the only cat that would jump on my back, my how she loved to play with my hair. If I was to make sqealing noises that just excited her more. She brought a lot of happiness and joy to me.
Lessons learned
- Smoky taught me manx cats are special, they have their own pesonalities.
- She never let the boy cats manipulate her. She stood on her own.
