Bear loved absolutely everything, even the vacuum cleaner...after pouncing on Selena, they would curl up together.....he adopted Lily, my other rescue and made sure she never was alone, cause selena barely tolerated lily

How this cat became my companion
He and Selena were dumped at my house in FL in 1995. together they destroyed a chair but i adored them we moved to las vegas in 1998 and they made the trip along w' my flower, trixie, and jesseflower and jess are at my bedside forever and now bear is w/ them eventually we'll all get scattered together he was just 15 and stopped eating in jani took him to the vet and she told me he had a tumor in his throatin denial, i liquefied food for him and hand fed himbut on 2-5 he went to rainbow bridge. Dr blanche pierce, here in vegas came to my house so that bear could die in my arms
How my cat enriched my life
Such love, OMG, such love. We just seemed to have a special bond. I dearly love Selena and Lily, but Bear and I were one. I used to tell people Bear was my firstborn son...the only man in my life...big, black and castrated. You are the precious one. Even with Lily and Selena in my lap and in the bed, there is something definitely missing. Play, bear...'s no cancer on Rainbow Bridge...just flowers and lots of catnip. Play, sweetheart.
