Sasha's beautiful photo, the loving and loved life she has lived with Nan, and the remarkable circumstances of Sasha's adoption formed the basis for my choice of her as the final Cat of the Week this month. Nan describes Sasha as sassy but sweet, and they have had a long and loving relationship, with Sasha assisting in raising three human children to adulthood, and having pets of their own. Nan also now is a volunteer for a shelter, so we have come full circle.
