I was wondering if I could snail-mail a photo with required info. I use public computers (as I don't have one at home), and do not have the equipment or knowledge to e-mail photos, etc.
A. Oh, I wish you could, but I can't accept snail-mail submittals for a number of reasons. I rarely even use a scanner for my own old photos, because the quality is not as good as digital photos. And I need to have all the information, including the attached photo together in my email folder, for legal reasons.
If you don't have a digital camera, most photo processing places will put your photos on a disc for a small additional charge. And there are instructions on our Email Guide's site on how to send attachments with most common email clients.
