The Freestyle Scratching Event is divided into two divisions: Clawed, and Declawed. Rather than have a Special Cat Olympics for declawed cats, this rule was made several years ago under the premise that it would be unfair to penalize cats for what their "owners" had done to them.
In both categories, the degree of stretch is the most important judging factor. Jaspurr has a reasonable stretch, but he needs to focus on height, or he may not make it to the final cut.
