When, Where and How I Got My Cat
I wanted purebred Ragdolls so I purchased them from a very reputable breeder who came highly recommended by other breeders. They were born 1-24-2006 and were 4 months old when I adopted them.
I'd Describe My Cat As…
Gentle, loving, affectionate, devoted companions. They greet me at the door when I return home, follow me from room to room all day long, sit on my lap at every opportunity; I have learned to keyboard with arms around them. They are a wonderful breed, a joy to be around.
Advice
- Be prepared to groom frequently. I comb them every 2-3 days, trim nails every 2 weeks as needed, and bathe them about every 6 weeks. They need to be blow dried after their bath, it takes me close to an hour to comb and blow dry each cat. They love to be combed, lay there purring while I comb; grooming is another opportunity to caress them.
