'Alice' was caught in the act...with a 'wicked yawn' to make us laugh...and so many of our family members & friends. I've even made cards that I send to keep others happy with 'Alice's' face on them.
A Little Background on my Cat
'Alice' was born on Oct. 14, 2007 in our garage. Her mother adopted our family and has been with us ever since. Alice was the first born of six siblings. 'Alice' enjoys playing fetch, tag, enjoys watching TV, and is a typical 'kitten' to say the least. She is very curious of just about everything. She enjoys her naps with her Mom and when she awakes...you can be sure that her yawns will follow. She also meows a lot when she seems to tell me something... and when she wants me to follow her. She truly has her own personality of being the funny or serious kitten that she can be....when She wants to be!
What Were the Circumstances of the Photo?
This photo is of 'Alice' waking from a nap...
She usually shows how relaxed she is and comfortable after waking up. And I just happen to love taking pictures of her and thought some of her yawns were the funniest! I was lucky to capture this one funny yawn.
Tips and Tricks
- 'Alice' is a friend who follows me throughout the house. She falls asleep usually where she can see me...or knows where I am. And awakes usually in her most comfortable manner.... Yawning!
- I have a 'Power Shot A40 Cannon' camera that I've had since May 2000. I enjoy just snapping a shot when I see it... this one of 'Alice' came out with many laughs. So many family members and friends have put captions with this photo...
- Truly to know 'Alice' is to love her! I may have taken the photo...but 'Alice' stages her own settings!
