Otto is a very laid back cat until he gets hungry and he doesn't care if you're asleep or trying to watch TV. He will star meowing very loud and he even knocks things off the nightstand just to wake you up.
Challenges of Life With an Older Cat
Hyperthyrodism and weight loss. He is very stubborn and trying to please him is the worst. One day he likes a certain kind of soft canned food, the next he doesn't. I worry every day that I come home from work he want meet me at the door. He sleeps a lot more except at night he likes to stay awake.

Old and grumpy, just like an elderly person. I can't seem to please him. He does not like other cats or other people. He is on medicine twice a day for his thyroids but I fear they are not working very well. He is very skinny, but the vet says its okay.
Advice
- I say take them home and love them. You won't regret it. It's the best company you can ask for. And when they need, you be there. It's all worth it in the end. I will know that I gave him the best life that I could, and they will return the love and snuggles.
